4. the connection between each cavity mould: the connection between each single cavity mould and the joint plate must have a certain amount of floating to ensure that the mould opening and closing is flexible and accurate. Generally, the gap between the single mode and the interconnecting board is controlled at 0.50 to 1.0rnm. Excessive clearance can easily cause the development of new structure moulds with off-axis oil seals when the mould is used. The development of moulds will increase too much, which will increase the wear of the mould and affect the service life of the mould. .
